| Request Disclosure of Information Sharing On January 1, 2005, California's Shine the Light Act came into effect. For more information about the Act, see the PRC's press release at www.privacyrights.org/ar/SB27Release.htm. In essence, certain businesses must provide California residents with a way to find out what personal information has been shared and with whom within the twelve months prior to receiving your request for disclosure. A business that needs to comply must provide the appropriate contact information to make a written request either at their California business locations, through customer service representatives, or on their web site. If a company provides the disclosure request information on their web site, the term 'Your Privacy Rights' or 'Your California Privacy Rights' will link to additional information so you can make your request. The following list is a compilation of links to companies' online information disclosure notices. If you live in California and are a customer of any of the following, the address to which you can send your request to find out what kind of information of yours is being shared and with whom, is noted below. We also encourage those who find Shine the Light Act disclosure request information not noted below or information that needs to be updated, to notify us at www.privacyrights.org/inquiryform.htm with relevant links and information.
