Our Consumers Speak Out section serves as a societal feedback loop. When you tell us what you've experienced, you help us detect trends and practices that deserve attention, perhaps by the media, by legislative bodies and regulatory agencies, by attorneys who represent consumers' interests, and by industry representatives who can work for change from within.
