PRC would like to thank all funders. We are grateful for any support we receive to help us fulfill our mission to protect privacy for all by empowering individuals and advocating for positive change. Superior Ct.); Digital Trust Foundation (for PRC's website redesign and expanded consumer outreach functions); Consumer Federation of America; Rose Foundation for Communities and the Environment; In re Netflix Privacy Litig.; the Wang v. Assett Acceptance et al Cy Pres Fund (attorneys David Parisi, Ethan Preston).

*Cy pres awards result from class action lawsuit settlements. When the settlement funds cannot be distributed to individual class members or are not claimed by class members, the parties look for the next best recipient of the funds that remain. Often non-profit organizations like PRC receive these funds because they provide services that would benefit members of the class.
