How does the Ask-A-Question process work?

For your privacy, we cannot answer questions via email – only through our online question form.

First you’ll need to log in to your PRC account or create a new account if it’s your first time here. From there you can go to the question form and securely submit your question through our online portal. When PRC staff has answered your question, you’ll receive an email notification to your registered email address.

We offer educational & informative answers to all consumer privacy questions. We cannot provide legal advice or address questions relating to personal disputes, stalking, or government surveillance.
