Privacy Rights Clearinghouse releases version 2.5 of the Data Breach Chronology, adding third-party vendor tracking, 86 organization subtypes, breach-group aggregates, corporate identifiers from eight public registries, geographic coordinates, and six new state data sources — bringing the dataset to approximately 98,000 breach notification records across 21 sources.
